2025 Fall Girl's Developmental League is for beginners to third year players. This two-month program was created to help girl's ages 9-12 develop the fundamentals needed to function as well as understand the rules of the game. With each repetition the muscle memory that is needed to build a solid foundation is forged. All league coaches are USA Basketball Licensed Gold that requires mandatory background checks. All on court curriculum taught is backed by USA Basketball. Our league is unique as every team plays Saturday/Sunday (2 games). Before each game, a 30-minute skills practice is conducted. The average attention span for 9–12-year-old basketball players is typically 30 minutes!
